Antagen ISO-Rat-IgG說明書
將100μl適當濃度的大鼠抗體溶液加入樣品孔中。在5分鐘內(nèi)，將出現(xiàn)測試線（T），顯示抗體的同種型。控制線（C）將出現(xiàn)在遠端，顯示成功運行。該測定比傳統(tǒng)的ELISA方法更快更方便。
