測試 Global Tests

凝血酶原時(shí)間（PT）

該 TECHNOPLASTIN ® HIS和 TECHNOCLOT ® PT系列是兔來源的凝血活酶試劑。促凝血酶原激素是組織因子，磷脂和鈣的混合物。

凝血酶原時(shí)間（PT）用于：

·篩查外在和共同途徑中的先天性或后天性缺陷

·監(jiān)測華法林治療

·幫助診斷DIC

·幫助診斷因子II，V和X的抑制劑

對(duì)于華法林監(jiān)測，常見的報(bào)告方法是INR; 在某些國家，使用稱為凝血酶原百分比活性的替代標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化方法。

INR基于以下公式：

所述TECHNOCLOT ® PT Owren是根據(jù)Owren修飾的促凝血酶原激酶試劑。該試劑富含牛血漿，通過吸附除去了凝血酶原復(fù)合因子II，VII和X. 牛血漿仍然是纖維蛋白原和因子V的來源，因此通過該試驗(yàn)不能檢測到這些蛋白質(zhì)的異常。

該試劑有兩種形式，一種用于手動(dòng)方法，另一種用于凝血分析儀的自動(dòng)化用途。

活化的部分凝血活酶時(shí)間（aPTT）

Technoclone aPTT試劑是不同比例的活化劑和磷脂的混合物，以提供對(duì)肝素，狼瘡和因子具有不同敏感性的試劑

aPTT測試用于：

·篩查內(nèi)在和接觸途徑中的先天性或后天性缺陷

·監(jiān)測肝素治療

·幫助診斷狼瘡抗凝血?jiǎng)?/span>

·幫助診斷因子VIII，IX和XI的抑制劑

aPTT測量是纖維蛋白凝塊形成所需的時(shí)間，結(jié)果以秒表示。對(duì)于監(jiān)測抗凝血藥物，結(jié)果通常表示為平均正常時(shí)間的倍數(shù)。

纖維蛋白原

Technoclone的纖維蛋白原試劑是一種改良的Clauss試劑，具有高凝血酶濃度，使得該試驗(yàn)對(duì)肝素幾乎不敏感并增強(qiáng)凝塊檢測。

使用纖維蛋白原：

·在診斷DIC時(shí)

·在肝功能衰竭的診斷中

·檢測纖維蛋白原的定性異常

·確定纖維蛋白原的定量缺乏

首先用具有已知纖維蛋白原濃度的血漿（例如凝血參比）測定凝固時(shí)間對(duì)濃度（g / dL）的校準(zhǔn)曲線。從校準(zhǔn)曲線讀出患者樣品的纖維蛋白原濃度。

凝血酶時(shí)間

凝血酶試劑是由牛凝血酶產(chǎn)生的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化凝血酶時(shí)間試劑，用于正常和治療（肝素和纖維蛋白溶解）范圍。

使用凝血酶時(shí)間：

·檢測纖維蛋白原的定性異常

·評(píng)估纖維蛋白溶解療法的有效性

凝血酶時(shí)間測量是加入試劑后纖維蛋白凝塊形成所需的時(shí)間，結(jié)果以秒表示。如果樣品的凝固時(shí)間延長超過參考范圍，則纖維蛋白原水平或活性低或可能存在凝血酶抑制劑。
